“This is the best app honestly for anxiety or obsessive thinking. It's very simple and calming and gives the user a feeling of empowerment in their life. Love the design too. It would be nice if it had a gratitude, breathing button or a sleep sound section for relaxation/panic like some competitor apps have. Free version is available but not all features are there.”
