“I wanted to use my personal experience of anxiety to help others struggling with worry.

After being diagnosed with a generalised anxiety disorder and coming to terms with the impact it was having on my life and relationships, working with a therapist helped me to discover several ways to help me manage my anxiety. One of these techniques was the worry tree.

When I looked for a mobile app to help me problem solve my worries, I quickly realised that there wasn’t an app out there that suited my needs so I decided to create one.

Building WorryTree and the tools around it means that I can combine my personal experiences with the opportunity to help others who want to manage their worries and change their habits for the better.”

One day at a time. This app came along just after I found out that my worry box app no longer existed... Then came along this wonderful CBT tool which I will be using for years to come, repetitively.
