Five great podcasts for worry and anxiety

We LOVE a good podcast at WorryTree HQ! Short, bite-sized radio-style programmes, they are perfect for the commute or to keep you company while walking the dog. And there’s so many out there, something for absolutely everyone on every kind of specialism that you could imagine!

But there are so many mental health podcasts out there that it can be a bit of a minefield looking for something that suits you.

So we thought today we'd share with you a round-up of our five favourite podcasts that we're listening to at the moment. We'd love to hear your thoughts on these or if you can recommend a new podcast to us!

Calmer You by Chloe Brotheridge

Hosted by Chloe Brotheridge, hypnotherapist, coach and author of The Anxiety Solution, Calmer You is a weekly podcast tackling anxiety from all angles - from healing and trauma, to perfectionism and eating well. Happier with Gretchen Rubin

Happier is peppy, perky and American, so if that’s not your thing move on to the next podcast now! Gretchen’s podcast is full of practical, down-to-earth ideas and suggestions for making life happier and often simpler. There really are a lot of practical ideas in here, blink and you'll miss them! She’s also done a lot of work on personality types and habit formation too (google search ‘the four tendencies’) and so she has a lot of great stuff about how different people can build better habits (and drop the bad ones). A great listen for worriers, she has a lot to give.
