What's next for WorryTree?

We're really proud of what we've achieved so far with WorryTree, but in the world of app development you can't stand still because the platforms you build an app on are constantly changing and updating.

So we need to constantly change and update too.

We're very excited about the next stage for WorryTree and we wanted to share with you a few of the changes we're looking at making over the next few months.

Working with our developers, the first thing you'll see soon is the added ability to email all of your worries, past and present, for a specific time period either to yourself or to another email address of your choice. This will mean that if you're currently undergoing Cognitive Behavioural Therapy you'll be able to email all of your worries to your therapist before, during or after your meeting for them to review.

We're also building a subscription version of WorryTree with extra helpful functions that will include push notifications (to remind you to catch your worries throughout the day), the ability to link any calendar events to your own calendar app, music and new background colours. We'll be adding extra sections so that you can expand how you use WorryTree, whether that's by practicing dealing with uncertainty or working through different negative thinking styles.

App development takes time, but we're hoping to have this bigger, better version of WorryTree available for a small fee this side of Christmas 2019. And of course the basic version of WorryTree will continue to be available for free and we'll be adding new aspects to that over the next few months too.

It's really important to the team at WorryTree that we ensure that what we're developing is what our users want and so we're building a virtual team of users who will get the opportunity to test new sections of WorryTree as we develop them. If you'd like to get involved in what we're developing so that it works for you, then please sign up for our newsletter.

With your help, we can make sure we're developing an app that will help you manage worry and anxiety better today and long into the future.
